It really depends how it is done, it would certainly be unique and not copying others (which seems to be the main criteria), I think you could ask the players though to choose what music to play if they score. If there is going to be any music it doesn't need to be the same music everytime. Some of the suggestions aren't serious but as a concept it is not a terrible idea. Edit: Could those of you who are part of the twitteratti ask the players what song they would choose if they could.

We are not getting more of it, unless we score more goals, it would just be different music, the thread is all about what to do if you had to have goal music, obviously the majority on here don't want goal music, but if we have to have goal music I think it would be better to have different music rather than the same song each time, I like Fire as a song, but not after the goal, or at least not the bit they play after the goal. It think it would be fun to get the players to choose their own goal music, you never know what it might be and could start more chants or raise a laugh, I could see Nugent picking the Benny Hill theme and then to celebrate the goal he chases konchesky around the pitch slapping him on the head.

Posted 4 March 2012 Posted 4 March 2012 OK now I know you're being silly I am not being serious but I'm not being silly, like I said if I had my way there would be no goal music, we would also still be at Filbert street and I still be 18 and MON would be leading us to the premiership title. I see no difference in playing different music for each player to playing Fire every time we score.
