Its a sign of how accustomed to mediocrety(sp) Leicester fans have become when they value Lloyd Dyer.

I know as far as pace goes, we dont have a better option and granted, his attitude has been worthy of this club.

Also. its one thing to get rid, but we have to replace with better.

Realistically, Dyer is rated by the manager so I doubt we'll get rid. It must be encouraging for Pearson to have at least one player he knows wants to play and put in a good shift.

I find it laughable at times how this team expects promotion yet we still have average players in key positions.

Is this me being a bit thick or too logical but why two votes. Surley if you vote to keep a player that means anyone you don't vote for you want rid of.

And if you vote to get rid of some the rest you don't vote for you want to keep. ?

thats why i didnt vote

I loath Howard, he reminds me more of a tree than a CF and he is deadwood, BUT I do respect your idea and like your dream but should the club shell out another years wages just to achieve this ?

Waghorn, Gally, Wellens, Dyer all need replacements Tun should go maybe with a few other fringe players

Tunch has retired - he waved goodbye to the fans and everything!

Look at what you have written?

Everything youve put is positive about Lloyd Dyer, and then you say about mediocrity?

Did you mean that Lloyd is the best that we have now but we need better?

If so then I agree. Competition for places is crucial to any club. But IMO Lloyd has been one of our better players since Pearsons return.

I treated each topic as "who should we focus on keeping/developing" and "who's no longer needed on the pitch" - with the other guys simply floating in the void of having to dig in and compete for a spot.

I was trying not to be too harsh towards Dyer but ok,

He isnt good enough for this level and he wont get any better than he is now. Just because he has worked hard and done ok for us recently doesnt mean he is good enough for a team that expects promotion. My opinion, we'll see in the long term if I'm right or wrong.

Howard, Pantsil, Waghorn, Moussa, Tunchev, Vassell should go IMO.

I don't rate a lot of the others but they are good enough for the bench/back up if not the first team. These include Peltier, Wellens, Gallagher, King and Dyer.

We need 3 or 4 big quality signings in the right areas to really make an impact.

Pretty much sums up my feelings, however I feel Vassell and Dyer are great players to have in the team.

But thats not what your asking your asking who we want rid of and who we want to keep.

Nothing about development that would be another question also Howard Wellens and Gally are a little past development.

All it needed was a total list of players and who do you want rid of. The players with the most votes are the one we want gone.

Also why are Mills Morgan Kasper and Nuge missing.

Surely if you are gonna do this you should list the whole squad not miss out your favourites??

How the hell can anyone diss Dyer after his recent performances. The bloke ripped a new one for the Dull full backs on Saturday, Dull being one of the better teams in this league. He had a good game against Chelsea on the wednesday before as well.

He has also set up goals in the last few weeks. His pace is blistering and his effectiveness on the right was brialliant Saturday. Fullbacks fear for going forward because of his pace. This helps us to create space in the centre of the park. Jesus what has the poor bloke got to do to get some praise round here.

I dissed Beckford when he put in no effort and did not work well enough but I have changed my opinion of him in recent weeks. It's ok to admit your wrong you know guys. In fact you will become a better man for it.

This, this and this again....Although you mean Blackpool not Chelsea?

1.) I'm confused, you seem to think I started this topic...

2.) What I said was "focus on keeping/developing".

Obviously the 3 you mentioned don't fall into the latter category but, depending on opinion, could be included in the former.

3.) I can only refer you back to point 1 and add that I agree, but please, read a little more carefully next time!

I think these players will leave:

Defenders

Mills, Paintsil, Tunchev

Midfielders:

-

Strikers:

Howard, Vassell

I really hope that players like Parkes, Moussa and maybe even Bolger get a bit involved.

King, Beckford, St Ledger and Peltier are the only ones I'd definitely want to stay, just for squad purposes. Dyer, Bamba, Gallagher and Wellens could all stay but I wouldn't be too bothered if they moved on.

Howard, Pantsil and Tunchev can definitely go.

Vassell has shown nothing to suggest he is past it, definitely deserves another season. Could be an important player for us next season under Pearson

Interesting this. Seems like the only players where the opinion is split down the middle are Wellens and Vassell. Gallagher remains a sticky point too, but the vote is basically 2-1 against. Of those players with a unanimous 'get rid' vote, I suspect most (if not all) of them will be gone come summer time anyway.

I didn't vote to keep SSL but I didn't vote to get rid either, he's a squad player nothing more. I did vote to get rid of Beckford (one of four) but only because I don't think he really fits in a NP team and I think we need better/different to make it to the Prem. Still can't believe how many want to get rid of Bamba. Vassell was playing well - in fact he was a superior version of Dyer before the injury, I'd keep him unless he's lost his pace. Howard has been an honourable City player but his time is up. Wellens is too slow to take us to the Prem. Gallagher has his uses, I wouldn't get rid but I'd make him work on certain things during the summer.

I hope the people wanting to get rid of gallagher want to say goodbye to his match winning goals as well.
