Leicester_Loyal Posted 4 April 2012 Posted 4 April 2012 RIP Kevin and Chris, the two Leeds United fans who died in Istanbul. Gone but never forgotten, no-one should go to football and never return.
Guest Basildon Fox Posted 5 April 2012 Posted 5 April 2012 RIP Kevin and Chris, the two Leeds United fans who died in Istanbul. Gone but never forgotten, no-one should go to football and never return. Quite true. I understand though that all of the Leeds fans in the square where it happened were advised to move on as there was going to be trouble by the police. If you are just going to the football as you put it, surely you would leave asap?
Leicester_Loyal Posted 5 April 2012 Author Posted 5 April 2012 I don't wish to discuss matters of their death in detail. Maybe it could have been avoided, maybe they were just unlucky. Whatever was said or done, they didn't deserve to be killed.
Fox92 Posted 5 April 2012 Posted 5 April 2012 RIP Kevin and Chris, the two Leeds United fans who died in Istanbul. Gone but never forgotten, no-one should go to football and never return. Yeah. I agree, spot on. Never nice when fellow fans do get hurt, Rest In Piece.
Danny the Fox 95 Posted 5 April 2012 Posted 5 April 2012 never liked Leeds apart from their fans, RIP Kevin and Chris, never deserved to die.
Guest Bilo Posted 5 April 2012 Posted 5 April 2012 RIP lads, nobody should come home from a football match in a coffin.
Guest Basildon Fox Posted 5 April 2012 Posted 5 April 2012 Nobody should go to a football match with the intention of causing trouble either.
Soar Fox Posted 5 April 2012 Posted 5 April 2012 Nobody should go to a football match with the intention of causing trouble either. Have you got proof that they were "causing" trouble?? If you've got nothing decent to say don't post about them at all. At the end of the day we're all football fans and I can't even imagine my dad, brother, uncle, friend going to watch the team he loves and never coming home again. RIP
broughtonblue Posted 5 April 2012 Posted 5 April 2012 Sad loss, nothing but respect for the Leeds fans after our home fixture this year when they sang 'rule brittania' to our veterans at half time. Possibly one the most memorable moments of a very over hyped season
RonnieTodger Posted 7 April 2012 Posted 7 April 2012 RIP lads. Sickens me to the very core, whenever they're mocked by opposition fans. Doesn't offend fans anywhere near as much as it offends the families.
