Happy Fox Posted 17 April 2012 Posted 17 April 2012 http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/b01g62sg/Late_Kick_Off_Midlands_2012_Episode_12/ 10.35minues-11.45 He said something on the lines of that " If you can't go down to those games when you are within touching distance of getting in the play-offs and rally at the final pointy end of the season that doesn't bode well not only for this season but next season as well" Any thoughts?
Mack Posted 17 April 2012 Posted 17 April 2012 He says exactly what everyone else does. We are inconsistent and no one can put a finger on why. Nothing new there.
cityfanlee23 Posted 17 April 2012 Posted 17 April 2012 Very true, if we played incosistently in the premiership, we would finish on 9 points
foxesfan1989 Posted 17 April 2012 Posted 17 April 2012 No argument here, he is completely right. Only thing is, we will probably have another clearout in the summer and have a different set of people with us next season.
TrentFox Posted 17 April 2012 Posted 17 April 2012 Very true, if we played incosistently in the premiership, we would finish on 9 points If we finished on 9 points, I'd say we'd been appallingly consistent, actually !!!!!
cityfanlee23 Posted 17 April 2012 Posted 17 April 2012 If we finished on 9 points, I'd say we'd been appallingly consistent, actually !!!!! Love the expectancy!
Libertine Dream Posted 17 April 2012 Posted 17 April 2012 If we finished on 9 points, I'd say we'd been appallingly consistent, actually !!!!! Well we never meet our expectations so we'd probably win the league and get 93 points
cityfanlee23 Posted 17 April 2012 Posted 17 April 2012 Well we never meet our expectations so we'd probably win the league and get 93 points Ill Have what he's on please
_Fatboyslow_ Posted 17 April 2012 Posted 17 April 2012 Why do we care what Stan says, if he was that smart he wouldn't have ****ed up his playing career and now doing two bit radio shows. Next he will be saying that you cannt buy success and we could well go bust !!!!
Jordan Posted 17 April 2012 Posted 17 April 2012 Why do we care what Stan says, if he was that smart he wouldn't have ****ed up his playing career and now doing two bit radio shows. Next he will be saying that you cannt buy success and we could well go bust !!!! There are a lot of "pundits" that have achieved a lot more in their playing than Stab careers, but if you stick a microphone in front of their mouths, they sound like morons compared to Stan. Actually, they just sound like morons, anyway. I'd much rather have Collymore's opinion on Football League matters than Steve Claridge's, and Claridge gets to be on TV.

Next he will be saying that you cannt buy success and we could well go bust !!!! He scored a memorable hat-trick. Made it one of my favourite games I've been to. Don't criticise "Are Stan".
flowwolf Posted 17 April 2012 Posted 17 April 2012 Oh yes lets listen to a man who has had more clubs than dogging partners.
1964FOX Posted 17 April 2012 Posted 17 April 2012 We have gone all season being inconsistent. so are we consistently inconsistent?
Ely fox Posted 17 April 2012 Posted 17 April 2012 I think Claridge actually is one of the best out there ... much more interesting than Lee 'sit on the fence' DIxon ... at least he says it like it is
