Daggers Posted 11 June 2012 Posted 11 June 2012 You certainly wouldn't see Linekar... Lineker was a self-proclaimed expert at going to ground in order to effect a free kick - to claim otherwise is utter nonsense.
Corky Posted 11 June 2012 Posted 11 June 2012 And you certainly wouldn't see that from Wellens, Maybe you should watch the game a bit more closely then. Wellens goes to ground easily.
Danno Posted 11 June 2012 Posted 11 June 2012 Maybe you should watch the game a bit more closely then. Wellens goes to ground easily. When he went down Vs Coventry away last season and got that player the red, Jesus Christ he rolled down half the pitch
Manwell Pablo Posted 12 June 2012 Posted 12 June 2012 Well I think you're completely wrong on both points. And if you think diving and play-acting is good for the game I won't waste any more time discussing things with you. lol lol Great defense kid, Bet you were up in arms when James Milner went down on the edge of the box tonight and had a good look round before deciding to stay down holding his ankle when he relised France were about to break, to the extent where the commentators thought he was about to come off as England were readying a sub Thought John Terry was outstanding tonight as well btw.
Manwell Pablo Posted 12 June 2012 Posted 12 June 2012 have to say missed both of these as well It looks like Milner has a nasty piece of mud in his eye. Milner hand balls it then rolls around on the floor for a bit and the England players just stop playing, somewhat forcing the ref to stop a French attack. Ribbery going down didn't stop England earlier, btw.
Finnegan Posted 12 June 2012 Posted 12 June 2012 Well it looks like playing in the Premiership with many european players has corrupted the England team as well. lol
