All the stupid left in his fridge, an unopened carton of retard and his special McEmployee Of The Month certificate (with DaveMooseVanChandler crossed out and your name pencilled-in, incorrectly spelled).

lol

That's a unique way of finding out if the the light goes out Dave. Well....does it?

Would paying the tradesperson with sex be morally wrong too?

What about paying him by teaching his kids a little maths, would that be morally wrong too?

They'd both be avoiding paying tax.

I think you may be OK with that one. There is no official standard price for sex is there? I mean the trade is not listed at Company House If the person you were paying was a limited Company and you paid cash they would not be paying VAT.

Not sure how it works if you marry woman. The certificate removes all rights and protection as a customer so the price goes up.

What about if there are a group of people that arrange a social trip eg a brewery trip from a pub, and there was a collection for the driver, would that be wrong?

Ja wohl mein Fuhrer - HMRC displaying its Nazi tendencies again.

HMRC tells school children: Tell your teacher if a neighbour is evading tax

Agree with that, the problem is the other alternative, if playing on our moral conscience doesn't work, is to get us to shop any tradesmen offering us cheaper rates for cash in hand work. A little financial incentive and I am sure a lot of people would rat out their neighbours, I wonder if this is where Cameron was going with the big society, Police and regulate yourselves, then we can cut the police further.

I hate being right, that sounds more like communist russia, spying on your neighbours and reporting them for not helping the state, must be the Lib Dem influence.

Giving kids a financial education is a good step forward, and paying tax is part of that, but the lesson plans look like they've taken the odd approach of discussing the morality rather than the practicality of paying tax. Reminds me of being at school - almost everything you learn could be useful if it wasn't taught in such a crap academic way.
