EmLeee Posted 14 July 2005 Posted 14 July 2005 Basically us residents of Heather (Heether) spend weeks and weeks making scarecrows and then people walk around for a week and decide which is the best. This is the Poster this year, I've made two scarecrows - virtually by my self (ok so dad's gonna help me put them together) and they're numbers 80 and 81. 80 - (should be) ChavCrow 81 - (may well be) That's Stretching It if you get chance then come and have a look round and VOTE CHAVCROW! (for my sake) Also, this weekend and next weekend, I've been bullied into playing my Flute outside the church for 2 hours each day. So I'll be sat there attempting to play in the heat and with any luck, I'll get some donations for the Tear Fund (Make Poverty History) and then next weekend, for the Church and it's Flower Festival.
Deathside Posted 14 July 2005 Posted 14 July 2005 the one in the poster isn't very scary 138058 Yeah, but you're not a crow
Collymore Posted 15 July 2005 Posted 15 July 2005 thought this was some kind of warped scowcroft thread

Where is the ChavCrow one? I might have a look if I am down there again soon.

Thracian Posted 19 July 2005 Posted 19 July 2005 There is no truth in the rumour that I've entered. 139858 My wife's due a brain op and is supposed to be wearing one of those scaffolding-style braces to keep her skull together afterwards. Do you reckon she could enter? We could do with a lighter side at the moment.
