shack Posted 15 July 2005 Posted 15 July 2005 There is a mute who wants to buy a toothbrush. By imitating the action of brushing his teeth, he successfully expresses himself to the shopkeeper and the purchase is done. Now if there is a blind man who wishes to buy a pair of sunglasses, how should he express himself? Think about it first before scrolling down for the answer. He opens his mouth and says. "I would like to buy a pair of sunglasses." If you got this wrong...please go dig a hole and hide!
Hitesh Posted 15 July 2005 Posted 15 July 2005 *Digs hole*.....*gets in*....*gets back out*...(hole to small)....*keeps digging*....(4 hours later)....*in pub drinking his life away*
Collymore Posted 17 July 2005 Posted 17 July 2005 I feel very ashamed of myself. I had come up with a great plan if the blind guy was dumb. It consisted of him making the universal "i'm wearing glasses" sign, you know the one, where you loop your finger and thumb then turn your hands the oposite way so that your little fingers touch your ears. He then could have looked up to the sky and made a grunt which would have shown he was in discomfort then look up again with the universal glasses and shown he was a lot happier by smiling and laughing. The shop keeper should then cotton on to this and the transaction could have taken place. B)
Collymore Posted 17 July 2005 Posted 17 July 2005 Forget that last post, just tried it and its impossible to look up into the sky whilst in the universal "i'm wearing glasses" position <_<
john_lcfc Posted 17 July 2005 Posted 17 July 2005 hahaha thats funny of course he wouldnt just point to his eyes and make circles with his fingers
