Jay Posted 28 October 2012 Posted 28 October 2012 I'm a collector of urban and street art, not in a position to buy what I want but I do me best allow though it's highly addictive and expensive
Ozwin Posted 28 October 2012 Posted 28 October 2012 I collected all those Olympic 50ps, in fact I got the last one I needed just the other day. Felt good. Im also a bit of a board game geek, although this is more of a recent thing. I just enjoy a good game, with good pieces and cards/boards etc. Especially in winter when you stay inside a lot more than normal.
I am Rod Hull Posted 28 October 2012 Posted 28 October 2012 I used to collect birds eggs as a kid, had a huge collection. We`d walk for miles and risk life and limb to get to nests.
Guest Col city fan Posted 28 October 2012 Posted 28 October 2012 Antique pottery. I usually pick stuff up from Car Boots, especially Victorian stuff. Some of its worth a few bob.

Was it you who said you climbed down trees with bird eggs in your mouth? I'm sure I read it on here, that image has really stuck with me for some reason

BoneDog Posted 28 October 2012 Posted 28 October 2012 marilyn monroe memorabilia.. started as a kid with pictures, films, posters etc. over the years acquired some more. Only thing is now its an easy out for people for presents etc but they tend to buy modern basic stuff i dont really like Have you got the book by Donald H. Wolfe called 'The Assassination of Marilyn Monroe'? Half of it is like a biography of her life. Very interesting book. I used to collect birds eggs as a kid, had a huge collection. We`d walk for miles and risk life and limb to get to nests. I used to go with some lads who did that when I was a kid. Had some reet adventures over the fields walking for hours! Great days Eddie, great days. I collect tat from everywhere I visit. Got some awesome stuff such as a pool ball keyring I got from Skeggy. A teaspoon from Skeggy Seal Sanctuary. Some camoflauge pencils from West Midlands Safari Park and a floating elephant in a glass surround. Plenty more in my collection too.
Fox92 Posted 28 October 2012 Posted 28 October 2012 I collect diecast buses. Usually buy them from the model shops, and sometimes eBay. They are all on display in my cabinet.
