Just wondered if there were any collectors out there in foxestalk land.

I collect Pop Art. Have a few originals. I used to collect Lambretta memorablia and also old music signs like rca records/victor records stuff like that.

I have barely room for it all but its mainly confined to my games room.

Chess sets.

If anyone has an old one let me know.

You “barely have room for itâ€, therfore you must “confine it to your games roomâ€?

HUMBLEBRAGGER ALERT!!!

:D

edit;

i feel as though i've been collecting mysterious aches and pains for the last ten years !

I collect chairs. Only comfy ones though none of these rip off upholstered wooden ones.

Books and junk. Got some kitchen fitters coming at some point on behalf of the housing who think its time my kitchen cupboards and flooir was refitted. So will have have a bit of a spring clean.

This may be an excuse for them to say the 'improvements ' mean a rent ris.

Used to cpllect cameras. I still have ca few. Got a set of Star Trek Files. Some non working electrical appliances like radios and an Atmos computer. It's a good job that I live on my own as there is no room for another person. :)

marilyn monroe memorabilia.. started as a kid with pictures, films, posters etc. over the years acquired some more.

Only thing is now its an easy out for people for presents etc but they tend to buy modern basic stuff i dont really like :(

Hmmm lets see,....

My anime collection alongside my DVDs and BluRays, also have a few Evas and star trek ship miniatures dotted round the living room plus a few dragons.

Have a few hundred comics upstairs with a couple of Star Trek starship toys in their boxes that are worth a couple hundred quid going by Ebay.

I collect a type of Japanese chinaware called Noritake...The kind of stuff i like to get though is pre-world war II which isnt cheap... I like the hand- painted stuff... not to use or anything but mostly to just shove in a display cabinet and look at...

Here is a quick pic of what they make....

Now that sort of thing is like i said hand-painted and is a little later than my favorite types but could still set you back by about 80 quid... I just like the hand painted things...

EDIT: I found a photo of one that was from a theme that was around in the 1920's and 30's

My Sega Master System collection is pretty mental - several consoles (both I and II models), about 200 boxed games, boxed controllers... I try to convince myself that it'll be worth something one day but it's a nice piece of nostalgia for me anyway

Speaking of consoles, I still have me atari 2600 and commodore 64 from the early 80's in the loft somewhere with some games plus the 1st nintendo....and I used to have one from the 70's :-

I have vague memories of a football game where you could pretty much score from anywhere:-

I wouldnt call it a collection just stuff I havent thrown away.
