None of us know what the owners may do in the future. One thing is certain though, and that is we must go up this season, in order to stave off future instability.

Promotion will bring in big money, and make our club a great deal safer from financial ruin.

If we fail to achieve this goal, then we shall be in a rocky situation, and who knows what might happen.

Where in God's name do you get the idea that the club is in financial distress? For you to suggest that if we don't go up this year, the clubs future is at risk is just fear mongering. There is no basis of anything the owners have said or any action taken that suggests the club is in danger if it doesn't go up.

I don't understand why there are so many fans who seem to think the club could have no future outside the PL.

We all want LCFC in the PL ASAP but all this discussion that the club is likely to go broke if doesn't go up this season is frankly stupid.

Going bust or whatever may or may not be on the cards if we don't get promoted soon however it is a well known fact that the debt on the stadium gets bigger for every year we're not in the PL how long that can be maintained I don't know but it's surely not a healthy position to be in.

I thought we just paid the interest on the debt while we weren't in the prem, I'm sure I read that on here, so we aren't paying anything off and it isn't getting any bigger.
