Corky Posted 28 December 2012 Posted 28 December 2012 Oh really ? this avarage player has nothing positive to say about his time at Leicester and goes all out to lick Derby fans arses at every turn. What he forgets is like a lot of players who played for us under O'Niel he over achieved and won nothing or did nothing after he left us. Yes he played on in the prem but mostly on his reputation as a midfield thug that he always was. I would suggest that the turd he left swirling around in the bowl was heading in the same direction as his career. Show some respect, this is one of our greatest ever players you are talking about: http://www.dailystar.co.uk/football/view/128429
BoneDog Posted 28 December 2012 Posted 28 December 2012 I enjoyed that video. Having a bit of fun on the way to work with the lollipop lady, followed by a sing song. Standard practice. "Three thousand Rams fans" Don't know why but that line "Rams fans" makes me laugh. I loved him when he was here and can still tolerate the fella. Not sure about posting 'top off' photos of yourself on facebook and twitter though. I've got a family member who does that and I've always said it's a bit silly.

It's the below the waist part of that photo that's embarrassing!
Captain... Posted 28 December 2012 Posted 28 December 2012 Show some respect, this is one of our greatest ever players you are talking about: http://www.dailystar...all/view/128429 Not sure if you are taking the piss out of him by posting that, but he does have a point when he says: He said: “I was one of their all-time best players and played in one of their best midfields ever. “Me, Muzzy (Izzet) and Neil Lennon were the best midfield the club has ever had. “When I went back to the Walkers Stadium, I got booed there as well. “All credit to the Derby fans who gave Steve Howard and Matt Oakley such a great reception. “They deserved it because they were great stalwarts for this club. “It just proves the difference between two sets of fans.†Yes he is a bit of a dick, but saying things like that whilst here was one of the reasons I loved him, he was always entertaining, and gave his all on the pitch, and loved the club and the fans, of course the next place he goes he is going to love that club and those fans too, and at every other club. It's just a shame we driven away another player that used to love us.

Bugg Posted 28 December 2012 Posted 28 December 2012 Savage may be a prat, but I can't help but love him. One of the funniest things I've heard with Savage is his argument with Leighton James about why he should be back in the Wales squad on some radio station (although, him being accused of buying 7 pairs of trainers on 5live is just as funny!)
flowwolf Posted 29 December 2012 Posted 29 December 2012 Show some respect, this is one of our greatest ever players you are talking about: http://www.dailystar...all/view/128429 I presume that was tongue in cheek I notice it was him saying it and no one else ? He was correct about Lennon and Muzzy but to include himself ? what a twat, he was the lucky one to be playing in that side as his later playing career proves. If he was a good as his mouth he would have played for Man united.
ADK Posted 29 December 2012 Posted 29 December 2012 Always thought savage was mediocre at best. Surely not in the same league as Izzet and Lennon?
pSinatra Posted 29 December 2012 Posted 29 December 2012 He was a big fish in a small pond at Derby. He was decent for Leicester, but always behind Muzz & Lennon in terms of quality. Didn't he try & get a move back to Leicester when he wasn't getting games for Derby & Pearson said "no thanks"?
foxesfan1989 Posted 29 December 2012 Posted 29 December 2012 Not a fan of this guy, my friends are but I just don't like his attitude and I don't respect his opinion on football. This has only confirmed my opinion of him.
