Nugent Posted 28 February 2014 Posted 28 February 2014 currently 206lbs, 6ft about 15 %bf cutting from start of march on a calorie defecit of around 400 kcals don't want to cut too quick as i might lose all my gainnnssssssssss I'm about 10lbs lighter than you and same height, what are your lifts on the big 3, deadlifts, bench, squat etc? Re LDNMuscle, you ever used their cutting guide? Keep seeing the good results they're posting on Instagram but dunno whether it's worth the money when I come to cut in a couple months time.

Good luck with it all,Ive fluctuated by over 2 stone in less than 6 months.Lost 2 gave up the smokes xmas( didn't smoke too much) put just over a stone on and now lost half a stone.Just need to settle this down.
Merging Cultures Posted 18 March 2014 Posted 18 March 2014 I am down 8lbs and I am now 17.6st (112kg, 247lbs). I've not been able to change my diet too much and with travel I've only been able to exercise infrequently. So, I am pleased with these results.

Good work mate, just shows that you can lose weight without having to make too many major changes.
