How old are you ? ALL human beings are hypocrites it's what we do. Most people in the West would gladly give up some of their wealth if we thought it would actually get to those dying of hunger and disease, but we all know different. Mean time even if I can't solve the third world problems I can at least have some sympathy for someone who is fighting for his life.

Oh and you are right I would not come to your bedside and laugh if you were in the same situation that was just an example of your attitude. I would in fact wish you all the best for a speedy recovery.
