Man seriously hurt as crash leaves car embedded in home

_66577002_66577001.jpgThe Audi TT crashed into the house in the early hours of Sunday morning

A man, believed to be in his twenties, is seriously ill in hospital after a car crashed and ended up embedded in a house in Suffolk.

Emergency services were called to Long Meadow Walk, Lowestoft, at about 01:45 GMT to find a red Audi TT had left the road and crashed into the home.

A man was removed from the car and taken to the James Paget Hospital with serious head injuries.

He has since been transferred to Addenbrooke's Hospital.

Structural engineers are on site to inspect the property. No-one inside was injured.

Picture looks a bit photoshopped at the back of the tt where it seems to blend into the other car.

Assuming it's real though, getting that kind of height on a jump is impressive

Twat. Probably drunk or on his phone. One less winker.

Agreed. I don't think that's genuine.

This just adds to my already firm belief that dickheads tend to drive Audis more than anything else. I wonder what made them switch from BMWs?

Assumption?? How do you know he didn't swerve to avoid someone?

Look at the front nearside of the BMW, you can see damage where the Audi has made contact.

Aye, through the hedge, gaining height and then bounce off the BMW's bonnet. Must have been shifting some though.

Yeah maybe a 7 foot green alien.

I repeat Twat, probably drunk or on the phone and driving to fast, winker.

Fighting for his life according to the Mirror...

He is thought to have crashed at speed when he lost control of the car, mounted a pavement, tore through a hedge and over two cars

A driver was tonight fighting for life after his sports car flew through the air and ploughed into the side of this house.

Some of those cyclists were thrown over a hedge and prosecuted for leaving the scene of a crime and one of them that went clean through the windscreen was done for breaking and entering.

A man is fighting for his life with serious head injuries and all some of you cretins can think of saying is --he's a twat a drunken willy puller a dickhead and must have been on his phone. Did it make you feel big ? :(

He must have been doing hell of a speed to to crash like that and in a residential area. It could quite easily be somebody else fighting for their life instead of him because of his stupid driving.

He can't have been a law abiding, careful driver to have had such a severe accident in a residential street though, could he?

Why would it make me feel big? Does it make you feel big to comment on someone else's comments.

Twat.

Oh your a police traffic accident official now are you ? even if he was doing some or all of the things you are saying, it still makes you look churlish and child like to take the piss out of someone who is fighting for his life . Still feel big ?

Twat.

That a boy resort to your usual.

I don't know if police traffic accident official is a thing, but if all it requires is an ability to state the obvious then yes, I'm certainly qualified to be one.

At the end of the day it's a blessing that it's him fighting for his life and not an innocent bystander. If he survives or not, he'll still be that guy who (presumably) drove like a complete willy puller.

I'd like to say let's not presume, and think of other explanations, but sadly none are coming to me...
