Charl91 Posted 14 December 2013 Posted 14 December 2013 We're fans not customers. Sadly, that's not true anymore.
Russell sprout Posted 14 December 2013 Posted 14 December 2013 Sums them up. Absolute short-termists who'll happily piss the fans off (and over time, lose them) for that slight bit more money. Absolutely sickening mentality. I had lost my st and asked whats the process for today's game If I still couldn't find it,she said they would reprint my 2 tickets at £5 each and so on till I find my s.t or they could get me a replacement card at £30 for each s.t,luckily I've found them but it's discusting that it's £30 to replace a piece of plastic, they did however say that if I found my s.t after paying the fee that I could get a refund?
justfoxes Posted 14 December 2013 Posted 14 December 2013 Larry copy the terms and conditions and email your local trading standards office if they are pulling the wool over loyal supporters eyes then Trading standards will sort it !! As for telling you to sell it on I thought that was against their own terms and conditions !! Good luck with it buddy dig your heels in on this one !!
Bettsj2 Posted 14 December 2013 Posted 14 December 2013 MattP's post is absolutely spot on. Their 'customer' service is truly appalling and only in football will you get away with anything like it, because they know there's a minimal risk in losing 'customers' to other clubs. Betts, you claim there are some over-reactions - but really? It isn't just this specific incident. It's absolutely everything the club does nowadays, it's just one bit of a petty greed after another, trying to leech every last penny from a group of people that have allowed the club to be what it is today. It's an absolute joke the contempt the fans are treated with at Leicester. They can thank Nigel Pearson and the team for performing well because if we were shit, I dread to think how poor our attendances would be. The 'customer' service continues to be absolutely appalling and it really doesn't have to be. I'm repeating myself now anyway and it's pointless because nothing will change. Exactly. It isnt a specific incident and nothing will change. We know this by now as its been like it since as far back as I can remember and thats why i'm shocked that so many are up in arms about it. When Akinbiyi was through on goal, did you stand up in expectation or stay seated in resignation? I'm not saying its right what they do, just saying that no matter what they do, you'll still go. They know it, you know it, everybody knows it. Just sell the ticket and go down prepared to have a warm beer and a cold pie. Nothing is how it should be but nobody cares.
