Monk Posted 28 January 2014 Posted 28 January 2014 Not sure if this should sit in the main forum or computers - but what iPhone or android apps do you use for the latest scores? Are there any apps that will pop up on my home screen with an alert when a goal goes in?
Xen Posted 28 January 2014 Posted 28 January 2014 I use LiveScore (Android, not sure about an iphone version). Simple, and seems quicker than the Sky Score Centre app/BBS Sport app/Football League app. Doesn't give push notifications though, as far as Im aware.
Zapp Posted 28 January 2014 Posted 28 January 2014 'live score addicts' is probably the one you want if you want alerts but sky sports score centre has jeff stellings face every time you open it!

You can set up the Sky Sports Score centre to give you push notifications for kick off, goals, and cards (I've only done it for Leicester, not sure if you can do it for more than one team). It's good for personalisation, especially choosing the specific teams/games you want to track, and also for teams (edit: team line-ups). Live Score is good for opening up and being straight in the thick of things. both have live tables. I use a combination of those when I'm keeping an eye on things. Oh, and that's for the iPhone.
Monk Posted 28 January 2014 Author Posted 28 January 2014 Hmm I will try out live score addicts for tonight - looks good. I just want something that tells me when the goals go in if I'm out and about on a Saturday afternoon (live in Edinburgh so don't get to many games these days)

jmono84 Posted 28 January 2014 Posted 28 January 2014 The fastest app i think is 'futbol24' on the iPhone... I use it all the time and it's quality! Free as well
Haydos Posted 28 January 2014 Posted 28 January 2014 FotMob for Android is great. Really fast and easy to navigate and you can add favourite leagues and teams.

jammie82uk Posted 28 January 2014 Posted 28 January 2014 I have futbol24 but I prefer using the flashscores app myself on the iphone
Monk Posted 28 January 2014 Author Posted 28 January 2014 Nice, just got flash scores too. My phone will be going mental with alerts tonight if we score.
Benji Posted 28 January 2014 Posted 28 January 2014 LiveScore is very good. Have to laugh at some of the games/leagues they have on there.
CITYian Posted 28 January 2014 Posted 28 January 2014 Live score also gives you video highlights, and if the game is televised can sometimes be before the games even finished
