Jonas Blixt at 300/1 is criminal odds. He'll go well.

not a bad shout there flair!

fair play to bubba, great final round to go with a great 4 days of golf for him. twice in three years is top bombing too. a deserved winner.

Well, we have a winner, well played Bubba

My thoughts on the week:

1) One of the worst Masters sunday's ive ever watched. No back 9 excitement, no back 9 charges. Think the Augusta tournament committee got it wrong this year on thursday and friday with too many tough pins leading to high scores. I feel like the tournament committee went down this road before, in Zach Johnson's winning year. Please dont suck the excitement out of the masters.

2) Spieth has got game. Was swinging poorly, but managed the course well and kept hanging onto Bubba's coat tails. A lock for the Ryder Cup now, I didnt fancy Spieth coming into this week, but he is a multiple major winner in waiting.

3) Jimenez at 50, sensational. A third round 66 to get into contention was a low round of the week, and if the putter warmed up sunday, he could have gone even lower.

4) My tips were possibly the worst ive made all year. Horrible, horrible tips, and to anyone that followed them, i can only apologise.

Will be moving back to the golf thread for this weeks action in Malaysia, and at Hilton Head.

Was gunning for Speith in the final round, would have been great to see a new youngest winner. Shame the pressure was a bit too much by the end, would have taken balls of steel and something special to win that. Disappointing Sunday in terms of drama though, you guys probably know a bit more about what contributed to it (see above) than I do.

I admittedly made a case for about 5-10 golfers last week but Blixt at 300/1 and Bubba at 28s was vindicated, a small shame I no longer gamble as i'd be sat on a big profit now but more than happy to be free from the shackles of constant betting.

Very low key final day, it looked to be all set up for a cracker on the front 9 but then Spieth had a bit of a wobble and Bubba turned the screw in 2 holes and that was that.
