I'm not in favour of banning, except in extreme circumstances, so I hope that you did something truly extreme?

 

DJ should be put in his box and left to spin in his grave, but only after removing his gold teeth to avoid wasting valuable financial capital.

 

I retain a vivid memory of Pearson standing on the touchline laughing at DJ as he chased down the touchline like a headless chicken on speed (at Orient, I think). DJ seemed to string together some sort of half-successful, ramshackle professional career, earning more money than I do/did, so I've little scope for smugness. What a ridiculous sport! Fun, though.

It will certainly be an elite club, tackling such issues as why should we be expected to work? What's wrong with exposing oneself to an innocent, defenceless womanchild? Is a professional football club leafleting a town some miles away begging them to come to their games with the main thrust being the quality of some of the opposition inspired or desperate? How many 25 fold accumulators does one man (of limited intelligence) have to place before hitting a winner?

The more I think about it, the more I like it. Let's get it done. You, me and Carl Leaburn (this is a deal breaker)
