I'm not quite sure the couple of weeks you train on the job is comparable to the 7+ years a doctor does in university and hospitals MATE. I've got to have some photos countersigned this week, and on the list of acceptable people is 'Estate Agent - Qualified'. I don't even know what the hell that means. Is there a degree in Estate Agency nowadays?!

No mention or apology of their behaviour over the weekend, went straight out and asked me if I was interested in viewing any other ( !) properties with them. When I brought up what had happened the girl offered the shittest explanation and apology, she'd clearly heard the voicemeail I left them. Told her where she could go. Seriously where do these cvnts get off?

Turned up to get the keys to my new flat from a different set of charlatan bastards, who then said they'd only accept my deposit and first month's rent in cash. Who ARE these cvnts? They spouted off it was some Deposit Protection Scheme policy (which I've checked out, and it's bollocks), but they hadn't bothered to notify me they wouldn't take card. I mean, do they seriously think cvnts are walking round with a fvcking GRAND in their pocket ready to pay them, or their bank will just let them take it out no questions asked?! And surely the only cvnts who do have that amount of cash on them at any given time are exactly the kind of cvnts this supposed scheme is trying to protect their landlords from? SO WHAT'S THE FVCKING POINT. Absolute horseshit. I need a beer.

I'd love to be able to sell it myself but, unfortunately, the only place people look is a Rightmove. Only estate agents cans list on Rightmove, because they're running a cartel. Tempted to use one of these online estate agents. Anybody got any experience of them?

You never know - I bought my first house last year, the bloke had just stuck a piece of cardboard in the living room window with "For sale" and his phone number, it wasn't advertised anywhere
