billyn88 Posted 15 August 2014 Posted 15 August 2014 My venting is in the tickets forum, all they said yesterday was that they were aware and they were trying to rectify it. Issues happen but some sort of announcement on the website saying it's unavailable would at least help - many will actually trust a multi million pound business to be able to operate their own basic ticketing website without checking before the on sale date. On the phone line all the news while you're waiting is out of date too. It's just a bit embarrassing really.
