Callabinho Posted 24 November 2014 Posted 24 November 2014 I just want us to stay up this season and then worry about the quality of football in the next years. I think newly promoted teams are best playing to their strengths. There is only one way we could achieve this, and unfortunately most Leicester fans won't like it.
bovril Posted 24 November 2014 Posted 24 November 2014 Part of me's looking forward to a good old fashioned relegation scrap. We'll probably go down but not in complete disarray.
Babylon Posted 24 November 2014 Posted 24 November 2014 We've never had a philosophy, we always have and always will mix it up under Pearson. If we are allowed to do so we've pass it about, if we aren't then we're likely to resort to hoofing it. I think we all know he's no tactical mastermind, but he's good at putting a team together, getting a spirit and has a team that can pick a player.
MooseBreath Posted 24 November 2014 Posted 24 November 2014 Would rather we play to our strengths and lose than try to play to the opponents strengths and still lose. If Pearson was tactically astute enough to grind out results by deploying intelligent systems then I'd back him to do so, but all evidence suggests that he hasn't quite got that in his locker just yet, and we should be sticking with trying to win games the way we know how.
Silverdaz Posted 24 November 2014 Posted 24 November 2014 its just a falacy that we played passing football all the time last year at times we were very direct getting the ball forward to Nugent and Vardy quickly
