He made no attempt to hide his personal opinion, and loved drumming up his Nigel-related soundbites again: "This could be the last four minutes for Nigel Pearson". Also found it amazing how much he bummed Liverpool in general, especially when Radio Merseyside listeners got re-directed because their own people were having technical problems; STEVEN GERRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARD, etc.

Pearson is in self denial, to sensitive and can't give honest answers to perfectly good questions. WHERE DO THE F!!! DO WE GO FROM HERE! This. Benji Posted 3 December 2014 Posted 3 December 2014 Pretty simple really, the guy has always hid behind the "I'm only asking what the supporters want to know" line as a defence to the utter trite he airs week after week. He's one of the most hyperbolic drama queens I've ever heard: Pearson is either a legend surpassing the great MON or he's for the sack, there's never an inbetween with him. He needs to stop trying to turn things into a soap opera (which you only need to look at sites like Newsnow to see that this has now become one) in the hope of some career enhancing scoop and start treating the job with some dignity. The "what is said between you and the chairman" question is just juvenile and completely unprofessional and provocative. Hopefully no city fan (able to count to 10) is honestly sat there thinking that's the sort of question that needs posing to NP after a game. In summary, he's an asshole.
