Libertine Posted 30 August 2005 Share Posted 30 August 2005 City Take On Gunners Patrick KisnorboPatrick Kisnorbo will continue his quest back to fitness when City take on Arsenal in the Premier Reserve League South at Barnet FC this evening (7pm). Kisnorbo has faced a frustrating time since joining Leicester from Hearts during the summer, with a persistent knee problem keeping him out of the action. But the 24-year-old took his first steps back when entering as a second half substitute in City's 3-0 Carling Cup first round victory over Bury last Tuesday evening, and he will now be hoping to get further match minutes under his belt against the Gunners. On-loan striker Elvis Hammond is also included in the starting line up, as is recent acquisition Joe Hamill. Coaches Kenny Black and Peter Houston have also named a number of youth team players in the squad - with England under 17 star Ashley Chambers named in the XI. England star Sol Campbell will start in the centre of defence for the home side. A report from the match will be available here on lcfc.com from 10pm this evening. City: Paul Henderson, Liam Norval, Connor Franklin, Patrick Kisnorbo, Scott Lycett, Levi Porter, Ashley Chambers, Andy King, Tommy Wright, Elvis Hammond, Joe Hamill Subs: Adam Wykes, Conrad Logan (GK), Ryan Beswick, Matt Goodwin, Billy McKay. Arsenal: Michael Jordan, Kerrea Gilbert, Ryan Garry, Mathieu Flamini, Matthew Connolly, Sol Campbell, Patrick Cregg, Alex Song, Nicklas Bendtner, Arturo Lupoli, Ryan Smith. Subs: Mitchell Murphy, Vito Mannone, Sean Kelly, Fabrice Muamba, Anthony Stokes

Hitesh Posted 30 August 2005 Share Posted 30 August 2005 Unfortunalty Chambo was taken off in the 3rd minute because Henderson got sent off and Logan had to come on in goal. So i guess Chambo had to be sacrificed! We lost 5-2 but Hammil got both goals!
