If they've done any homework I can't see anything but that. As I've joked I'd see them doing the stadium to match the training ground. Ones debatable the best in the world the other is average. It also restricts our income. I can also see them developing the land beside the ground. Let's be honest a big concert venue/exhibition hall would be great. 10/12k would be awesome and summer gigs at our new named expanded ground. But sadly see some dodgy deals along the way.
