Foxes_Trust Posted 29 October 2004 Share Posted 29 October 2004 We were actually actively encouraged by the club to put forward names to be considered. The first recommendation we made was to look at Scotland & consider Levein & Butcher, although Levein had the far superior record. We praise the club not only for the appointment, but also for the regular dialogue we had with them over the past few weeks. We have been very busy gathering members opinions & monitoring various message boards to feedback fans views to the club throughout the period. By the way, that £15 cheque for the Richard Stearman sponsorship is on it's way.
Steven Posted 29 October 2004 Share Posted 29 October 2004 I think top marks to Highland our resident Scottish correspondent who correctly identified Levein as MA's successor on the 17th of August. :w00t: :w00t: Also on another board he mentioned Levein as manager back on the 8th of July. :w00t: :w00t:
