Finchy Posted 6 August 2010 Posted 6 August 2010 In no time at all we're back, got to love World Cup years. Going for a boring 1-1 draw tonight though.
Heart-Shaped Fox Posted 6 August 2010 Posted 6 August 2010 I fancy Norwich to win by a few. 3-0/4-0/4-1 Something like that. Can really see Watford struggling this year.
Jackirius Posted 6 August 2010 Posted 6 August 2010 Looking forward to it. I live in Norwich and am going tonight. I get so much 'Jip' from my mates so would love too see a watford win tonight...
Stevosevic Posted 6 August 2010 Posted 6 August 2010 Looking forward to it. I live in Norwich and am going tonight. I get so much 'Jip' from my mates so would love too see a watford win tonight... I have experienced that myself growing up in Norwich...remind them of who has spent more seasons in the Premiership, which has team has won the most trophies and more importantly, which team doesn't have the ridiculous nickname of being called 'the canaries.'

Ha i can use some of those Cheers
Corky Posted 6 August 2010 Posted 6 August 2010 Sort of game Norwich need to win if they want to be near the play-offs. Looking at Watford's away form last year it should be a home win.
Heart-Shaped Fox Posted 6 August 2010 Posted 6 August 2010 In some ways I want Watford to win, when their fans are having to pay a disgraceful £31 for a ticket on a Friday night, for a game thats on SKY.
dandannieldanok Posted 6 August 2010 Posted 6 August 2010 In some ways I want Watford to win, when their fans are having to pay a disgraceful £31 for a ticket on a Friday night, for a game thats on SKY. Blimey that's disgusting pricing.
Heart-Shaped Fox Posted 6 August 2010 Posted 6 August 2010 Blimey that's disgusting pricing. Been doing a fair bit of away pricing research, and Swansea have to pay the same for a Saturday game at Norwich. Looks like our own fans will be paying that on the Tuesday evening game next month too.
Guest Bilo Posted 6 August 2010 Posted 6 August 2010 Norwich will win tonight. I think Watford are in for a long, hard season. 2-0 to Norwich I reckons.
Dylan Posted 6 August 2010 Posted 6 August 2010 Our platinum fixtures range from £28-£37 for adults! But £20 for an Under 16
Heart-Shaped Fox Posted 6 August 2010 Posted 6 August 2010 Our platinum fixtures range from £28-£37 for adults! But £20 for an Under 16 Not sure if Norwich have a similar thing, but Watford are hardly a 'platinum' fixture.
Corky Posted 6 August 2010 Posted 6 August 2010 Not sure if Norwich have a similar thing, but Watford are hardly a 'platinum' fixture. Neither are Middlesbrough or Ipswich to us, but they are classed as platinum fixtures due to the timing (first and last home matches). I'm sure this is the equivalent at Norwich.

I'm sure this is the equivalent at Norwich. But Swansea fans, (Norwich's next home game) are also having to pay £31, and that cant be down to timing.
dandannieldanok Posted 6 August 2010 Posted 6 August 2010 Our platinum fixtures range from £28-£37 for adults! But £20 for an Under 16 Had no idea our platinum fixtures were quite that expensive, I knew they were pricey but didn't think they were that much. Football clubs in this country are shafting fans, and unfortunately they know they can get away with it because the fans love the game too much to stay away.
Mee Posted 6 August 2010 Posted 6 August 2010 Norwich 3 - 1 Watford is my prediction. Probably a million miles off. Time to hunt down a stream once again. Does anybody have any reliable stream sites?
Tilley Posted 6 August 2010 Posted 6 August 2010 http://www.iraqgoals.net/10922-norwich-city-vs-watford-fc-.html Should be on there come kick off.

True... £18 for a 13 year old to watch Leicester City v Middlesborough/Ipswich etc is extortion! Some of the teenagers would probably have to pay out of their own money to watch football games, and £18 for one normal CHAMPIONSHIP league game! That would be just about right for an adult imo.
Craig Posted 6 August 2010 Posted 6 August 2010 How much are they fooking loving Forest on the opening titles?!
