I think it is easy to fall in to the trap of of thinking we are back 2 years ago with a reputation to lose and we are massively under performing. This squad still managed to lose 11 times last season at Championship level. We are back in the big time, but with no real expectation other than to survive. The other two promoted teams showing how hard it is. Cooper as weak as he is so far has at least kept us above 3 other teams. Until that changes he ain't going. Just get on and deal with it.

I think 3-5-2 as previously suggested on here may be a good shout. Probably become 5-3-2 for long periods but we are playing a side only 2 points ahead of us.
