Give him a chance. We have moulded a squad that on paper is competitive. We are in the premier League. West Ham have a few more points than us. They got rid of Moyes (someone some of you think will be better) after he won them a European trophy so his brand of football cannot be that great and they have spent a fortune on players. Established teams have spent far more than we have to add to what they have. I don't know if he will be good enough or not but he is a decent manager and human being. He will be trying to get it right.

I really dislike Soumare. When he came.on against Spurs he just jogged around. No effort. Not interested. Happy to take the money. Will try and milk it until his contract finishes. I would not play him again. HC the better option as at least he seems to care and is mobile and puts his foot in.

When he has torn us to pieces in the past did those that dissent say they would not have him as he is this that and the other. He is a good player. He has experience and is a threat. I hope he does not read this thread. If we sign no one we are down. Look at the risk. No long term contract. If he is no good he goes back. He will lift the squad, I believe. If you can attract one or two others may follow. We then have a chance at least! We are not that attractive at the moment.

I hope this does happen. He is a decent player and a player with PL experience. No commitment bar wages and loan fee. We need some quality and proven. He fits the bill!

It would be nice for our case to be dealt with before the season start so we know where we are and what we have to do. It seems very biased. Chelsea still buying anything that moves including KDH and then selling nobodies and hotels to balance the books.
