I don't disagree, it does help but he's still done a good job. Spalding have spent plenty of cash and are four points behind having played a game more. 100 wins in 139 games with 70 clean sheets isn't easy.

Would imagine there was a break clause for either party in January as it seems to be more common now. Appreciate we're a bit light in midfield as a result of his recall but if you had to rate Casadei's loan spell out of 10, particularly after spending the summer chasing him, you'd be hard pushed to rate it any higher than a 5/10. Looks like Sensi is on his way so let's hope he's not constantly injured so we can throw him straight in.

Haven't played FM properly for a few years but seriously tempted to get FM24. Not got a laptop good enough mind, but have got a budget of around £1000. I guess I wouldn't need all that just to run FM24 though. I've read that FM25 might be a significant jump in terms of system requirements so would like to future proof it. Will have a look around, pretty tough to make a decision!

Agree on Doyle but could JJ play at LCB if he's not forever lost to injury? He should be quick enough to deal with pacey wingers & was always good at getting up and down the pitch... If not, why can't Souttar be brought back into the fold? Appreciate he's about as slow as Doyle but we can get a dogsh*t defender off the books here a year early.

Played okay but doubt he has the pace to get in behind defenders.

I mean, he wasn't exactly great last season yet I can't imagine the next time we'll have a winger on our books who will post those sort of numbers in the PL again; hopefully we've learnt our lesson from the horrifc attempts to replace Mahrez, but I'm not so sure. To be honest, I'm pretty happy to see the back of almost anyone in the current squad but Barnes' departure is a real kick in the teeth.

I'd be worried if I was an Everton fan. I was even worried that he'd still be with us for the next 12 months so God knows what they're thinking...
