Ayew has to score.. corner awful
-
Reasonably happy with this team. James isnt a 10, but I think with him being a box to box he should be a good link and help support the midfield which will be important today Faes (albeit the odd calamity) is our best centre back so that's decent. Pereira starting is fantastic.. winks is a nob but glad to see him back in. And to be fair, id start Ayew out of our choices for a game like this. Manage the game, start solid and stop them playing like we did against Birmingham. 2-1 win.

Just go and win it. No messing about. We're the home team. 2-1 win and send them packing

Cant log in. Can anyone advise on if there are many left? Looking for 3 *cant delete this message.. just realised we are busy that weekend -
Credit to Marti. Changed it up with the circumstances of what happened in the first half. Other than that though, absolutely shit. Should be controlling these games from the off not being all over the place leaving gaps for the counter and ridiculous challenges. Looked rubbish .. jakub piss poor today
-
Thomas is thick as fk. That throw in was ridiculous.
-
Vesty a full 45mins late there
-
Turned it off. Playing crap and the refs poor. No need to make the challenge and it was a strong yellow but never a red! Refs absolutely done us there. Give a yellow and warning him one more foul and its a second Taking the blame though. Dont think weve ever won when ive put us on an acca, nor do I ever win an acca over multiple times. Shite start to the weekend

Match over
-
Need Winks on for Skipp as hes the only one who can pass from deep and get us back up the pitch. Ayew to hold it up deeper and the wingers to run on. Only hope we have. We lose this now.. we arent good enough to get anything with just 10 men
-
Bad tackle but a yellow card. Game over then.
-
James will be watching knowing hes a guaranteed starter soon.
-
Jeez. That was close.. their no.7s been pretty tidy so far
-
Say whattttt
-
Had Ayew for a brace. Needs it with the new striker coming in.
-
Get in!!!!
-
Jakub should've gathered that first time. Werent hit hard enough to need parry that
-
Wake up lads. This is shite
-
Nice little 2-0 win would do here. Cant see a fancy performance just more of a slog. Take the 3 points and move on i hope
-
Just seen this. 26 and on a free, cant go wrong surely. Literally know nothing about him but fingers crossed

So how are we all feeling now the window has closed.

I think it'll be a hell of a lot tighter this year than the last 2. Can see there being 6-8 teams being in with a realistic top 2 finish going in to the last 10 games, and not much separating them come the final whistle on the final day. Nothing much to fear though. Birmingham have added heavily, but that was to a league one team and we finished above Ipswich and Southampton and they've both weakened a reasonable amount too. Decent enough window for us 👌 -

Yea exactly that with Ayew. And if im honest, im not too against it. A little experience with Ayew being in there, and if im being truthful, the only times hes looked OK ish is when Daka came on and he dropped in. That being said, the quicker Ramseys up to speed and starting being Carranza the better. I have a feeling he'll do fine, as long as we're creating opportunities -

Not too bad a window. We all knew we wouldn't be spending. Begovic is ample backup for Jakub with Mads leaving. Decent fees in for Justin who'd been out of form for three years and Kacey aswell who wasn't exactly amazing. Wilf bought in a fee too Jordan James was very good 2 seasons ago and im hoping he comes in as that player, if so he upgrades the midfield straight away. Carranza cant be any worse than the 2 we have and is a fresh option, the best we could probably get with our current situation without an immediate large outlay. The only position im worried about is the 10. Ramsey looked decent on loan at borough but has since had a big injury so may come in quite rusty. I do like Page, but I dont feel from what ive seen hes quite ready as yet. But we have what we have now and we run with it. From what ive seen of the competition we make the top 2 without a deduction, should still make the playoffs with one, the squads good enough. -
Definitely a loan. Sure its just a loan as well no obligation

Happy with this
