There are too many managers in the NHS.

Think Top has too much influence on the club, despite being seemingly in-experienced. Although am sure that many people were unsure on Vichai's credentials in running a multi-million pound football club when he first joined.

Hope he can make on-field decisions away from Top/Rudkin.
