Really want him to succeed at LCFC.
He seems to have got the right attitude in how to manage different personalities, as well as having a desire to be the best that he can be (for example, talking in-person to different manages in different cultures prior to his past managerial experiences).

When I see celebrities like him and Russell Brand defending themselves on social media towards their audience's/follower's attention, can't help but think that it's a bit disrespectful towards the (potential, for Wallace anyway) court proceedings and for the alleged victims tbh.
Think he's someone who is genuinely nice and humble, but can tell under-forming players the cold truth when he feels it's necessary to try and improve their performances (hopefully).
