Then why are you constantly engaging with total strangers on an internet forum?

I read in several places that the officer in question was one who got injured earlier during riots. Could've been the reason why he was so trigger-happy this time. But that's me guessing. In the end, a child has now lost both his biological mother and father. https://www.wionews.com/world/minneapolis-ice-shooting-woman-shot-in-face-by-ice-agent-identified-as-renee-nicole-good-all-we-know-about-her-1767834405663 And the officer will have to justify his actions (facing internal affairs and/or a court).

Do I think that woman should've lived? Yes. Was she blocking the road and obstructing law enforcement? Yes. Was she trying to flee law enforcement? Yes. Was she resisting arrest? Yes. Was she trying to run over the ICE officer? Contentious. She's accelerating her car. Could've easily just panicked. We don't know. Was the officer in the right to shoot her? Here, I refer to this section: Law enforcement officials can use deadly force When necessary, i.e., when the officer has a reasonable belief that the subject poses an imminent danger of death or serious physical injury to the officer or another person Hopefully, more news will be coming out surrounding this incident, painting a clearer, more complete picture. All we have is a 22-second video. Not much to go by. EDIT: Just as I am typing this, I find this comment on a video: I live in Minnesota and witnessed this happen, dont believe a shred of what the news is telling you. This crazy chick circled the block 5 times waiting for the officers to be vulnerable. First time she stopped and screamed at them, they waved her off. Then the next 3 passes she circled and waited and on the 5th time she tried to full on ram one of the officers but came to a stop before she did. They tried to arrest her on the spot, she resisted and tried to turn around and run this dude over in the process because ICE was blocking her path. Then the rest is what you've likely already seen, its not even half of the full story.

Don't Look Now I put off watching this movie for so long. It is beautiful, beautifully tragic in a bleak, foggy and cold Venice – and a study on how a couple copes with grief.

Jordan Ayew - NEVER PLAYING FOR LEICESTER AGAIN!!!

Joint second-best goalscorer this season, alongside Fatawu and De Cordova-Reid. And second-most assists so far, on the same level as Thomas (!) and James. Winning. -

My gripe isn't with the appointment of Rosenior, it's the media coverage. Morgan Freeman put it best: When asked how to get rid of racism, he replied: "Stop talking about it." Shame the BBC are tone-deaf. -
Not all, but some electric cars come with real engine sounds. In general, I do like the technology, however... My concern with e-cars is the question surrounding electropollution and its effect on the human body.

"'A moving moment' as Rosenior breaks barriers" https://www.bbc.com/sport/football/articles/c78e5nn9g8jo Just stop it with this DEI/virtue signaling nonsense. He should be judged by his success, not the color of his skin. -

Solakjaer apparently close to managing Man Utd. Says Fabrizio Romano. -
I'll quote (and slightly rephrase) somebody else, because I think it hits hard (and is often ignored): Barack Obama had Osama bin Laden killed, no congressional approval. Barack Obama invaded Libya. The opposition kills Gaddafi, no approval. Joe Robinette Biden had the Al-Qaeda leader killed in 2022. No congressional approval. Trump swoops in and brings Maduro to the US, alive. Democrats and their lackeys go crazy. On yet another sidenote: It was the Biden administration that initially put out a 15 million Dollar bounty on Maduro. The Trump administration upped it to 25, then 50 million USD last year.

That's it, I'm done with West Ham. They'll be doing a Wolves now and won't win a game until the very end of the season. Absolutely diabolical in these past five, six matches or so. -
Berlin power grid partially out of service after a left-wing extremist attack, tens of thousands of households affected. https://www.reuters.com/business/energy/berlin-power-grid-attack-caused-by-extreme-leftists-officials-say-2026-01-04/ Power should be back on by Thursday. Hopefully. If you've ever been to Berlin in Winter, you know how piercing cold it can be.

Can we start by agreeing on the fact that arguing Trump equals Hitler (or that Trump has Hitler tendencies, or any kind of this rhetoric) is absolutely moronic? And it only comes from the left and/or people who just regurgitate what others have chewed on before them. Imagine if I were to say Keir Starmer follows the Stalin handbook. Equally retarded.

No clean sheet in 23 out of 26 league matches this season. Fourth-worst defensive record in the Championship. Another lucky home win for us, as was the case against Derby. Looking at the result, you'd think we put in some effort or dominated large parts of the game. In general, what a shit show to watch. Sloppy, disorganized, lacklustre, hardly any attacking threat. At several points throughout the game,, the whole team was completely out of position, it seemed, not just for the WBA goal. Wonder what LCFC will show up at Coventry in two weeks' time.
-
Well done. Not seen for 90 minutes, and then he scores a blinder.
-
The amount of WBA crosses into our box. Under the cosh for another 4 minutes.
-
West Brom should be about three up by now. So many squandered chances.

Commentators acting as the tone police again. Pathetic.

Hamza's still playing for Sheffield United.

Probably both.

At this rate, it'll be no concourse at all soon.
-
Too many "flair" players on the pitch at the same time, and not enough fighters.

That first half was electric. Buzzing for the second.
