Blimey looking through the interactive census data and huge tranches of the city have never worked. Spinney Hills the worst ward at 58.3%

New Argentine has opened up - Wild Tango at the former White Hart. King st has picked up post-covid I think the council offices and Mattioli Woods must have helped.

Such a garbled place - cocktails with the girlies decor and then a heavily craft-facing selection. I don't hate it but it's just odd.

I'm going to Kotor in May, having a day in nearby Tivat

His pressures per 90 were never great at Lille, iirc something in the 20th-30th percentile even when they won the league. He's just never going to put himself about enough and he doesn;t sense danger well enough to compensate. Both glaring issues with the way we defend, he' just not reliable enough to screen the defence. Not as though his ability on the ball is worth the defensive drawbacks either, he can carry it well and sometimes picks out decent passes but his 1 career goal and 5 assists say it all. He's about as threatening as Hermansen.

I know it was hugely dispiriting but after going behind our end offered absolutely zero. Prior to that it was actually very good by our standards. The mythos around the two clubs is different but their support was just so much more energetic and involved. I'd be massively interested in the demographics of our support from age, postcodes, method of transport etc. Elland road is way out of the city centre and the transport links are even worse than our place - I can't imagine they have a similar number who stream out at 85 minutes every two weeks

If he still can't be bothered to do the basics like press and track back, absolutely not.

Went to the launch gig at Firebug, it's not official at all - clever naming by Jason Neale. It was fine. Fin Taylor at the Y theatre - excellent, see him before he's huge. 7 acts for £7 at Hansom Hall/council adult learning centre - really good, Spencer Jones was the headliner and was fantastic as was Tez Ilyas.

Can confirm Russian visa stamps always raise an eyebrow and a double take (don't like to mention it).

We've scored 8 set pieces according to Whoscored - I can barely remember them. One at Blackburn away?

Player wages 2022 (top 20) - across all clubs in Europe

Enzo's ability has meant we're sort of over relegation already - what a f uck up Next managerial appointment after Enzo, hopefully years away, is so important because he's pulled it all together. -
Who knows, playing as an inverted FB (which I think he has at times for Bologna anyway) is different in the championship slogging against Rotherham as it is in the Prem
-
I think the summer would be a fresh start, the wage situation would have been a problem last yea. VK would have had suitors so he would have been identified as an easy loan out. Enzo might reassess in the summer, we've ended up playing Choudhury as LCB/RCB, VK is twice the player. There's proof in the pudding for Enzo too, the jury was out in the summer and VK might want to be involved.

We are super Leicester We are super Leicester We are super Leicester Ole Ole

The per capita point is obvious enough, if the economy has stagnated whilst the population has grown by 0.33% year on year we're worse off per capita. The population growth is fulled almost entirely through immigration.
-
Given the massive population growth through immigration in that time the per capita numbers aren't going to be good.

Most corners come to nothing tbf, I’d rather try something different than blindly put the ball in all the time
-
I’d love to know what the club spend on stewarding, I think you could cut the numbers in half - huge waste of money. Whats the justification? We’ve had one (crap) pitch invasion at home in a decade. Plus as TommyG said, they’re hardly imposing at all for the most part.
-
He’s getting the Perez treatment in here, he’s not performing on the wing so he must be a central midfielder. His shortcomings are only made worse centrally - great attitude, works hard, can get on the end of things but this is not the skillset we require unfortunately. Hope he goes on to have a great career but it won’t be in the PL, I’m sceptical he’ll be a top half championship player tbh.

The club's line was always parroting the SGSA/SAG meaning standing was illegal and they hid behind that, if the SGSA push for safe standing they have nowhere to hide.
-
His attitude is why he's improved as well, he's obviously very willing to listen to Enzo and staff.
-
The Hamer and Gyokeres signings were absolutely excellent, if by some miracle they kept hold of both I think they'd be in the Ipswich, Leeds, Southampton bracket - maybe higher

Nice place, went to Brew, spoons, the bull, the tap, white hart and the lamb. Great Spanish food at Hispania too.
