  1. Also links nicely to the government bill which looks better than it did
  2. Finners spot on - Maresca's inexperience got away with him for a bit.
  3. You say that I have two of them in my Birmingham office. They also have a disproportionate number of them working in the media. Anyway you can be assured you won't see a Forest fan drinking in Leicester tonight bar possibly the Barley Mow/Counting House
  4. Only has an impact if the solidarity is across the board on the same weekend(s). This waffle about it being a Vichai memorial game is pure daft. He ain't making the decisions beyond the grave is he?
  5. That doesn’t surprise me in the slightest with Lutterworth’s manager and set of players
  6. Forest’s run is similar to ours in the CL. We played three outright league champions in the group stages but none of them were in the top tier of European sides
  7. Soule in a right mess at Roma. They signed him with the idea to get rid of Dybala. Didn’t happen and then they’ve struggled to come up with a cohesive plan which sees both of them play. De Rossi got sacked, Juric not any better Gabriel Sara done well for Galatasaray - 13 apps, 2 goals, 4 assists
  8. 35 mins in the Cup
  9. And the FAB has no say into how a football functions on the playing side. Their FAB have been part of introducing a 7k safe standing section with their ground, switch the home/away support etc. Only been going for 2 years too
  10. Assisted greatly by Wolves’ having a Korean player too
  11. Which like or not is most likely representative of an older fan base
  12. I've said before the borders thing is too much of an easy observation with Leicester v Forest. Derby and Nottingham exist as a two city economy - as a result their games are more like a city derby. Leicester lives as its own self - this makes Leicester v Forest more about regional supremacy rather than the city derby type feel. It all links to how local government, regional news/broadcasting have favoured Nottingham.
  13. Appears a reform of the Maccabees is well and truly on.
  14. I do find ‘winning free kicks’ not quite the great trait for us others many. I’d rather have a player who looks to progress the ball forward on the transition rather than nick a foul which happened on occasions v Bournemouth
  15. Interesting take the Villa thing. Brian Little between 1995-1997 got them 4th, 5th, League Cup Winnwrs and FA Cup Runners Up Ron Atkinson 2nd and Leagje Cup winners too. Better achievements but probably not viewed as well as Emery. They underachieved in the Conference League last season
  16. Big test of Aylestone Park’s promotion bid over next few days. Just kicked ff at Rugby Borough and at home to St Neots (2nd) on Saturday
  17. Fair play for meeting and chatting with Cheika.
  18. Ironic that cos Everton’s FAB is one of those with a better format and actually made some big impact (ps helps when the Everton FC rep wants it to function to!)
  19. Pompey would be up there with the most passionate set of fans I’ve encountered. Personally, at Fratton Park and at our place
  20. The other obvious point (again said has someone whose no huge fan of the format of the FAB) those wearing suits might have simply met after work
  21. Southampton managed it https://www.southamptonfc.com/en/meet-fan-advisory-board Me and you both know Stan action is more important but you only need to see how perspective can affected things by looking at the social media. You got folk waffling about no Union FS involvement yet one of the biggest parts of why the group has functioned for so long is on the FAB!
  22. We’ve had the worlds population twice view the tweet with our new sponsor, so expecting this to change
  23. Was just going to say this. Without knowing the 100 plus who applied, we can’t be too judgemental of those elected. Judge them on what occurs. Or should I say judge the format on what occurs (that’s my larger issue - particularly if you look what Ipswich have aimed for in newly setting up a FAB)
  24. Get points out Brugge and Celtic. Leipzig will beat them. Juve be a bore 0-0. Villa already using it to rotate their squad
  25. Whilst also exposing their own rules as weak. It's a bizarre position they have worked themselves into. Lose/lose
