  1. I was watching Arsenal but it was utter shite so switched over. I wish I'd just watched Bayern Roma from the start.
  2. This is a post Trump could have made
  3. It's just a way of criticising using a potential example. I could equally have said Oadby Town or Chesterfield. Sometimes an exaggeration can make a point.
  4. I'm not sure about that TBH. Totally agree. I'm not going to slag him off just because he hasn't done anything here. It's just another example of poor recruitment at so many levels. I never thought he was the right guy for the job. It seemed like a last ditch effort to get someone in and anyone who would sign on the line would do. Again, a failure by our owners and board. How have we become so short sighted?
  5. Absolutely not. He hasn't made any recognisable or positive changes to how we play. He's not even a league one level manager. More Anstey Nomads.
  6. Do you honestly think players care about a connection with where they live and the club? Sorry but that's laughable unless you're born and bred. So many pro players at all top flight clubs live away from the area and commute in their flashy cars to the ground/training facility. They won't "buy into the community" because they know and expect to move on in 2-3 years. Particularly in the case of foreign players
  7. We all sort of want this. But how and who do you replace them with. Until we get an owner that actually has a genuine interest in owning/running a football club rather than the dancing ponies, we're stuck with what we've got. And the child at the Top shows no interest in the club, but also no interest in selling. If he was, it would've happened before the points deduction and the subsequent relegation, where our value and his shares in the club will plummet.
  8. That awful Chang and the atrocious massively overpriced "food". But I do get what you're saying. So much needs to change at so many levels. Every director of whatever they're directors of starting with Rudkin, closley followed by finance director, director of hospitality and onward until we get to the director of plant pots. Even he/she is at risk.

  10. He's not the Messiah, he's a very naughty boy.
  11. I wonder what the title of her song about him would be.
  12. I would agree with most of this. However, I'm of an older demographic and I am concerned about the climate. I'll likely be dead before any real change is noticeable but I have grandchildren and it's about them more than it is about me. Please don't tar the older generation with the same brush. We're not all simple minded Daily Mail readers.
  13. Is there evidence of this? At least Bonnie Blue went public.
  14. Don't know what this is.
  15. How do you know this? Still, at least there's no horrible camel toe.

  17. My now 34 year old daughter who has caused emotional trauma for 30 years. Childhood MH and the long term consequences of such is so badly adressed.
  18. Can't bear Arteta or the fan base. So on that basis, ManC. Although I have no likes for Pep etc. either. Just that Arsenal shade it for being more anti football.
  19. He shops in Aldi and B&M these days.
  20. And the clear dislike of Ayew by... well most of the squad. It's been alluded to that he and Winks are the poison in the camp. They are reputed to hate each other and their rivalry brings disruption and division between the others that take sides. Ayew has been one of the worst (amongst many) signings we've made since winning the PL. In fact I can't think of one decent signing. JJ being the exception. And he's a loanee.
  21. And then what? Not so "brilliant" are you
  22. Top. Being a twat thinking he understands football and tactics and dictating the way we play 'cos he saw Man City once.
  23. He's too weak of character for any of that. It's like having a senior manager in your workplace that won't address the issues causing poor performance. Everyone can see it. Those that are being managed by that person just take the piss because they know they're not getting any sanctions. Rowett couldn't manage an Aldi store.
  24. Rudkin is still dining out on the crest of signing Vardy. The man's incompetent.
  25. You forgot "out of his depth". He was never right for us from the outset. Too conservative to narrow minded. An English version of Cifuentes.
