  1. Was that why we only had 2 shots on target in the last 2 home games?
  2. Funneh ow the people of Lestah mock people for the use of the English language aint it.
  3. Every appointment we can make is a risk. Moyes was a disaster at Sunderland, coberan hasn’t managed in the premier league, potter needs time to build , RVN is inexperienced. Etc… One thing we know it wasn’t working with cooper, you would have thought the players would be up for working with RVN. Might still be someone else, but all appointments are a risk.
  4. I liked everything about the interview other than that
  5. We also have only had 12 shots on target at home. So Problems both ends really.
  6. Don’t know why, but I thought’s there might be a plan and we’d have someone lined up. As it can’t be a knee jerk from Saturday. I guess I should learn that it’s often not the case with Leicester city.
  7. If there is any truth in the Rudkin thing, Potter isn't off the table.
  8. I wonder if this is the case, it’s happened in the past. Puel was way down the list of favourites at one point.
  9. The RVN worries me but not in the same way cooper did. I think RVN will have a set plan and his reputation as a player might go a little way in the short term. Players are more like to listen to a former Real Madrid and Man U league winner than Cooper(no saying that’s right by the way) But I’m just not sure if hes the right guy for the job. That said, it does have a little more excitement than other appointments. His backroom staff would be key.
  10. I know its a long time ago but I'm sure they still talk to Paulo Sousa for advice, or at least they did.
  11. So he knows nothing either and it’s all speculation.
  12. I think we've had are eyes on him longer than that. I think When Rodger was linked to Arsenal in 2019 Potter would have been his replacement.
  13. If there is anything in this could we be looking at one of the other pep disciples? I guess it’s only Ten Haag or xavi who’s really available. If it’s true, and it wouldn’t suprise me. It surely rules out moyes. Might me coberan and potter are in the mix.
  14. Might understand the reasons and accept them.
  15. Bloody hell, did anyone he not go out for some beers with your workmates even though you haven’t had the best days at work. if it’s the Xmas party, let them enjoy themselves. Life is too short.
  16. On the whole I'd agree, lots at this club at the minute that not right. Sacking cooper is the 1st time in a while has me thinking Top hasn't completely lost sight of what is important.
  17. Agree, I didn't go to that game expecting to win but expecting them to make Chelsea feel like they have to get out of 2nd gear. The games has evolved soo much in the last 10 years, but under Pearson in the promotion season you knew e'd give teams a game. Even under Puel we'd beat and give the bigger teams a game. We will have had a good season if we just stay up, but if you aim low you will get low, nothing wrong with aiming higher irrespective of team value, we will have a higher value team if we finish higher up the league.
  18. Often the earry leader doesn't get the job, I think its Potter as he has been the long term target and if he wants it, it's his.
  19. Potter has been a long term target if he wants it it’s his I’d have thought.
  20. Agree but I think they knew it was inevitable
  21. Shouldn’t worry about what they too much.
  22. I think this is sorted. Potter I think.
  23. Though at least they laid a glove or 2 on Liverpool and it’s not like watching grass. (not grass grow, we aren’t as interesting as that)
  24. To be fair wasn’t that everyone for the 1st 30 minutes?
  25. So posted something similar a few weeks ago but I think we’ve had something like 12 shots on target in 6 home games. its so dull, but I wouldn’t mind if we were solid at the back but we are woeful. It’s strange as I wouldn’t say the players are not working hard but it’s all without energy. The players probably feel like I do, nice enough bloke but not inspiring in the slightest. just feels like we are delaying the inevitable.
