We were lucky to get there, but other teams have been in the past. However we were on top after we scored and then decided to sit deep again. Southgate is a great guy and you can’t really knock the job he’s done, but at key times he’s just come up short.

Amazing really. Best we have played. Going to be a tough final but got every chance of winning it. the penalty was soft, however that exact foul gets given all the time when a defender is clearing the ball and an attacker goes to block it, so it’s not that much of a shocker.

People have to remember this is a someone’s life and it’s a big decision. It’s not “he doesn’t want to be here” it’s a short career and he owes it to himself to think about it. Just hopefully need to make the decision soon. Always seemed like a good guy.

I wouldn't have chosen him and if we have early bad results he will have the fans against him early on. Thank said, I think he is a decent coach and guy and did do a decent job at forest. We can't do anything about it other than get behind him and the team in the hope he'll keep us up.
