I disagree..Relative to our position, we are very much attractive.. We seem determined to snooker ourselves at boardroom level but there will be plenty of on the up managers in the EFL as well as the continent who'd absolutely jump at the chance to manage us – Rohl being one.. At the end of the summer we should still have a relatively decent Championship squad.. Unfortunately by and large our board can't look beyond the end of their noses when it comes to managerial searches and love digging around bargain bins..

I think they reek of try-hard tbh and I say that as someone broadly aligned with their political views.. Chanting "up Hamas / up Hezbollah" and "the only good Tory is a dead Tory" are just thick, point-scoring platitudes.. I think it's quite funny it's landed them in hot water and they look a bit pathetic..

Might come as a shock to you but two managers can have a similar style and implement it differently, or to varying degrees of success.. Enzo's ceiling is higher than Martin's..

Cooper - van Nistelrooy - Martin.. It's like the board decide to appoint managers based on who William Hill make favourites rather than doing any digging off their own backs.. I know Maresca coached in this country but it did show a glimmer of ingenuity..

Another ex-Southampton that we absolutely humped recently. Great.. So grateful for this board and their outside the box thinking.. I'm not necessarily bothered about names from all corners of the globe being linked but look beyond the end of your noses for once..

One of the biggest disappointments this season for me.. He was great last year and seemed to actually "get it" – always came across well, really switched on, being at West Brom and QPR for those goals was phenomenal.. But this season he's looked so far off it on the pitch and doesn't seem to want to put his head above the parapet in any regard.. Invisible man

It's been an odd season.. The cluster of clubs in the middle of the league like Brentford, Brighton, Bournemouth are as strong as they've been for ages.. All savvy operators and smart in their own way, all with really decent managers.. Even Palace in 12th can be fun to watch and Glasner is great.. But the top of the table is as weak as it's been for some time and the bottom three, as per last season, have been pathetic.. Really do think if Newcastle and Villa get their summers right they could be in the title conversation going into Spring next year.. My other prediction that definitely won't come to fruition is that West Ham drop and Leeds stay up..

A bit moot considering squads will change so much but I think there's a case to include Newcastle in the conversation too.. I think their midfield is the most well-balanced (outside of Liverpool) in the league and they have a bit of an edge to them I don't think Arsenal, Man City, Chelsea etc have..
