Could they not invest though? If a new owner came in and provided a loan to clear any debts to Macquarie for money already spent, couldn't they then do what KP have done previously and turn that loan into equity? It doesn't change any previous PSR breaches and deductions due for those, but it would put us in a much better position going forward. We would not be using our parachute payments to cover previous **** ups, allowing us to rebuild the squad sensibly.
