I get that there's benefits to the younger ages of the academy (say U16s or below) because it introduces them to away travel, professionalism and competition but the 18/19/20/21 year olds in the academy should be playing proper 11 a side mens/reserve level football to develop themselves.

The only way an atmosphere will get going there is when the victim mentality gets going in full flow. They will have to find a way to blame the officials.

I think it's more that his time at Leicester had a shelf life than his career. The culture here is rotten and there's no professionalism. Don't be surprised to see the old Wilf once he gets into a proper dressing room. The same as Tielemans.
