Season review. Leicester Senior Male team - likely relegated. Leicester Senior Female team - likely relegated. OHL Male team - avoided relegation somehow. OHL Female team - League Champions. Champions League Round 1 Qualification. Leicester Male U23s - mid table in EPL2. Leicester Male U18s - mid table in U18 Premier League. King Power Male Polo Team - Won something. I guess Top had an open top bus parade in Thailand to celebrate. Have got the Cartier Queens Cup starting in May, all summer efforts must be focused on getting the horses ready for this. King Power Female Polo Team - Apparently they exist, even more difficult to find information on than the male team.

We’ll spend all summer chasing him as well. Not understanding why he wants nothing to do with us.

It will be largely dependent on how the contract is worded. If it’s “relegation to the Championship, then a wage reduction on the base salary of £5,000,0000 per annum would incur a 40% reduction”, then no. If it’s “relegation from the league would incur a 40% reduction on the previous seasons salary”, then yes. We’ll have a load of rats looking to jump ship either way I’d imagine. This is a massive stain on the likes of Winks, Vestergaard, Ricardo, Mavididi, Daka etc, as they’ve just not showed up all season.

Dropping to League 1 will not have even been considered by the board. The bloke admitted he’s still not sure how they fell from the Premier League. They’ll realise at some point you either need to spend a lot of money, or have good recruitment to run a decent football club in England. As the new finance rule now restricts the spending part, you are more reliant on good recruitment. Something we have not done efficiently for years now. I’m pretty sure we’ll let everyone that is expiring leave, not really invest in the playing squad. Bulk it out with the overhyped youth we have. Then we’ll start the season with a defeat and continue on a downward spiral. We are screwed and I’m not convinced we have a plan to get ourselves out of this hole we’ve dug.

If we keep dropping like a stone, we could turn it into the home ground.
