https://football-italia.net/parma-targeting-leicester-city-defender/amp/ Parma are reportedly targeting a deal for Italy defender Caleb Okoli with Premier League side Leicester City after the two clubs reached an agreement to send Woyo Coulibaly in the other direction. According to updates in Italy, Parma are looking to add several defenders to their ranks in January. Fabio Pecchia’s side have already wrapped up a deal with Genoa for Alessandro Vogliacco, and are now hoping to follow that up with a deal for Okoli. Gianluca Di Marzio insists that Okoli is Leicester’s first choice to come in this January following Vogliacco’s move. Parma have, of course, been in contact with Leicester recently to arrange a deal for Woyo Coulibaly, who has already confirmed his departure from Parma and is expected to be announced by the Foxes in the coming days. Okoli has played on 13 occasions in the Premier League this season, but is not a guaranteed starter at the King Power stadium. The 23-year-old has been included in several of Luciano Spalletti’s Italy national team squads this season, but is yet to earn his first cap for the senior side.

When you read the helicopter inquest interviews today and how John Ledwidge describes the club, we’ve clearly had a culture change.

I know less Forest fans, than I do Liverpool. My entire family supports Liverpool, despite coming from South African / Welsh heritage. I’d rather Liverpool win it. Lots of my friends support Arsenal, I can live with that.

Sue Smith just made a really strange sound. If the wife had been in, she’d have come to check If I was watching porn on my phone.

Personal preference! It’s a bit like who are our rivals the Coventry, Derby, Forest ….. Spurs debate.

Arsenal need to sort themselves out. Then we’re all happy! ……. Right?

I’d rather Wood score 6 tonight and bury Liverpool.

How would you feel if Forest won the league and could it happen?

Tonight is massive for them. Plus, they’ve already lost more game than we did in 15/16. We had 3 of the world’s best players. They are a well oiled, efficient machine. Best of luck to them, as I despise Liverpool more than them. -
The Edouard loan is just all out bizarre. Something clearly isn’t right with that one.

11 goals in 25 games. 4 Vs Portsmouth - 1 x Free-kick, 2 x Open Play, 1 x Penalty. 1 Vs Derby - Penalty. 1 Vs Blackburn - Penalty 1 Vs QPR - Open Play 1 Vs Luton - Open Play 1 Vs Sunderland - Open Play 1 Vs Sunderland - Penalty 1 Vs Southampton - Open Play So 5 of the 11 goals are set pieces. They all count but he’s not an elite Premiership striker as he doesn’t have the ability to beat a man, or raw pace to roast them.

Stat padding merchant by spot kicks. His overall game isn’t up to standard. Cut out losses and get him gone.

We may as well put this in here as it’s all but confirmed with his Instagram post saying bye to Parma. Just waiting on Rudkin to plug the fax machine back in at Seagrave to announced this. https://www.instagram.com/reel/DExGC9hNAFk/?igsh=MWVjd2VoYTYyc3BneA==

If you were earning millions, would you want to live in Leicester? The main place of work is Seagrave. They’ll visit the Stadium once or twice per week. That is a 15 miles radius radius of Seagrave. The east / north east of that radius is likely to be a tad more affluent. -

Our last accounts were made up to the 30th June 2023. Link to last set of published accounts Lots can change and everyone is guessing really. Have we stopped paying on annual signing on fees? How are bank loans we’ve taken proportioned? So since the 30th June 2023 to 30th June 2024 we will have sold Maddison, Castagne, Barnes and Hirst. I believe Dewsbury-Hall was officially sold to Chelsea on the 2nd July, so won’t be included. Maresca officially joined Chelsea on the 1st July, so when that payment went through? Who knows!
-
The issue with selling stuff, is that it’s not sustainable. We’ll dodge the bullet once, however what do we sell next season? To live by the inconsistent rules which doesn’t allow us to pour money if that’s what we choose to do. What they are actually doing is shooting themselves in the foot and killing their own league. The other legal challenge I’m waiting on, is if these charges relegate a club. Will they raise a counter charge back to the Premier League to argue against the length of time it’s taking to review the Manchester City situation.
-
It’s an odd one. Chelsea have been selling hotels, the women’s team etc. We don’t know if we’ve done any dodgy dealings in the background with asset transfer / sales either. We typically don’t announce it. We’ve got shares which we could cash in. Everton, Forest, Newcastle and Manchester United are the others how potentially “might” I’d imagine.

We are still within touching distance of the teams around us. We all know we are going to breach it. It’s how many points is the deduction. If the others around us also get similar deductions, it keeps us on a level playing field. If we aren’t buying though due to the rules again, we are just on Groundhog Day to relegation.
