Ayew and Ndidi generally don’t give me a warm, fuzzy feeling about a football I need to watch.

In fairness to Smith the football Was turgid. His form would have kept us up. We just needed him 4 games earlier.

The earlier Oasis stuff was great. Definitely Maybe and Morning Glory were great albums but they were in 1994 and 1995. Masterplan was 1998 and it was good. All pre 2000. The rest of the stuff was average. I loved Oasis but I’ve no really inkling about going to see them now. I’ve found the separate stuff they’ve done fairly bland, so not sure I’d bother seeing them. I’m not sure I’ll be up for paying £140 for a ticket to stand with the rioters from last month either!

This is the issue across the board. We’ve got so many players that don’t fit a system that the current coach doesn’t want to play. Cooper doesn’t fit the squad, or is unwilling to play to its strengths. We are clearly going to lose game in this league, however we can at least try and adopt a style.

I can actually see us selling him and weakening the squad further.

Enzo has gone from one basket case club, to another. The difference being one signs players he likely wants and will offer him a massive payoff at some point in the next 18 months most likely.

I’ve heard a rumour we’re also in for Schlupp, Young, Antonio, Welbeck and Maupay, just to add bodies and bolster the attack.

Wait until he sells Ricardo before the window closes. We’ll have a real meltdown then.

I know I’m in the minority that would pull the trigger now on him, however if we haven’t got a win by the end of September, the stadium will be hostile. The bloke needs to help himself.

He’s a blessing and a curse. He’s a footballing centre back, that is more suited to a team that retains possession. He’s good on the ball and with it as his feet. Almost like playing a holding midfielder in defence. If you want a stopper type defender, Wout isn’t that. He’s not great when faced up 1-2-1 and isn’t comfortable on the left hand side. Vestergaard is the same. So I question what on earth the tactics are. I’d be unhappy if we had no game plan. He’s not going to have the same respect for Cooper if we have little to no plan.

Like I said earlier, if he’s half decent, he’ll be doing this to us in 18 months time.

Does anyone know what he’s worth from a PSR point of view? Does it hinder or improve us by him leaving for £5m? He was a fairly cheap signing. Clearly he can finish, however the rest of his game isn’t at the level that’s required. He reminds me a little bit of Jordan Rhodes. He’ll do okay as a Championship striker so I’d think his actual value will be around £8m? Whilst it might look like we are making a loss, he’ll still have contributed to training etc. Sometimes It’s about having people that are good enough to improve everyone else.

I’m not sure who’s buying players. I see no point in us having Glover at the club, if the players we are buying are Premier League and feel like players we’ve been offered by agents.
