The club's pre-season article, published on July 9th, introduced the new staff members and their roles. Someone in the thread said they should have done a separate communication piece, to which I asked if it really mattered. Knowing who they are and their job titles is enough for me; I don't need an article telling me what Andrew Hughes is expected to do and what his inside leg measurement is. I want him to make us better at set pieces, not to get to know him. Constantly telling fans stuff isn't necessarily communicating.
