Rudkin moves over to the Horse Racing side of the business to make way for a new, modern thinking DOF. Glover is replaced by a new Head of Recruitment that returns to the model that served us so well previously (young, high ceiling with sell on potential) I’d get rid of RVN. Not seen anything from him to think he’s the guy to lead a promotion push we are brutal with the squad, release anyone out of contract and look to loan out or sell big earners. if none of the above happens then I fear will drop down even further

If he's happy to be a squad player on £30-£40k per week then keep him for another season on the basis he can rotate in and out and offer guidance to a younger striker. If not, then time to go sadly.

I’d let RVN see the season out now, it’s a lost cause so no point creating further chaos by sacking him now. However, he is not who we want to pull us back up so sack him in the Summer. We’ll be an attractive option for a current Championship manager who is over performing or if we go down the Enzo route again. big overhaul of players needed tho otherwise I fear next season might go similar to this
