Vardy off - did he even touch the ball in that 60 minutes!?
-
Let’s not kid ourselves, this performance has been no better than the others, the fact we’ve scored a goal makes it seem better has there been any period of this game where our central midfield has controlled the play!? It’s like a fckin hot potato when they have the ball

Okoli is an absolute nightmare in possession

Yeah but I wouldn’t buy that. They may have “encouraged” him to walk by offering him a financial settlement -

There’s no benefit to anyone in prolonging this…if he has walked then it’s the best decision he’s made since the day he arrived. -

God I love and miss a fully fit Ricky P. He showed more ability in 10mins than most have shown all season. if he stays in the Summer then make him captain next season as he’s miles better than anything else we have at the club -
I think he’s knows he’s not going till the end of the season as the club won’t pay the compensation so he’s putting in zero effort
-
He’s literally picked the same team. haha…what an absolute joke. Sack him now
-
Winks’ performances have in no way justified any special privileges…soft Spursy t*at we can only hope that one of the promoted teams takes him off us in the next window
-
go and enjoy yourself in the MLS for a couple of years
-
What’s he doing this days? We could do a lot worse than have him as a DOF/Recruitment but I highly doubt he would touch us with a barge pole
-
Great analysis. he needed to bench Vardy, play Daka as the furthest forward , play Mavididi for his pace on the transition, play Winks as the technical deep lying midfielder (alongside N’didi), play Ricardo for his carrying ability instead RVN picks the same lot as last time and his assistant spends all game listening to Spotify on his AirPods AND I’ll add that I’ve seen some folk on here saying RVN is the man to lead a promotion push. You must be sniffing glue if you think that

Ruud van Nistelrooy - New Manager - Official

Can the mods change the title of this thread to - Ruud van Nistelrooy - officially our worst ever manager -
I actually laughed out loud twice watching N’didi try to cross the ball into the box but instead he imitated someone trying to chip a golf ball out of a bunker having picked up a club for the first time…woefully inept…and don’t get me started on Soumaré! and that’s our CM pairing in the worlds most competitive league…
-
Buonanotte’s pass just then to Ayew was woeful. Sum’s up everything
-
It genuinely takes this side the same amount of effort and creativity to simply have controlled possession of the ball in the final third as it does for every other side in this league to score a goal - there’s absolutely nothing there.
-
I absolutely hate this manager and team. Hate them
-
I’m pretty sure come the end of the match we’ll all be scratching our heads and asking the question ‘so what exactly has been worked on during the international break?’

The clear out for the Championship push!

I can accept and come to terms with us getting relegated on the basis that there are changes at the top of the club. Rudkin moves over to the Horse Racing side of the business to make way for a new, modern thinking DOF. Glover is replaced by a new Head of Recruitment that returns to the model that served us so well previously (young, high ceiling with sell on potential) I’d get rid of RVN. Not seen anything from him to think he’s the guy to lead a promotion push we are brutal with the squad, release anyone out of contract and look to loan out or sell big earners. if none of the above happens then I fear will drop down even further -
What’s the best plan for our squad next season?
kingpowerout replied to Haywood_6's topic in Leicester City Forum
If he's happy to be a squad player on £30-£40k per week then keep him for another season on the basis he can rotate in and out and offer guidance to a younger striker. If not, then time to go sadly. -

can't wait to see the inevitable "from what we understand, there's currently no discussions for RVN to leave the club during the international break" from the local journo's on Twitter/X -
what on earth has Ruud shown you that makes you think he is the right man for a season in the Championship? I know we're limited on options right now but I simply cannot see anything other than a further decline under him
