Realistic Managerial Replacements

Nope, that's me! Ive just signed ab 18 month contract and Job and Top have been very clear. We promote is my ambition. I'll play counter attacking football and will give my all to this club. -
We're not. We're done. I just can't see a win from anywhere at the moment. Losing to teams around us is pathetic, we can't even beat a weak Southampton side. I'm sorry, but 18pts at the moment look impossible.

ralph hasenhüttl is now 2/1 on Bet Victor. Isn't that the shortest odds for a week? I know, I know. It doesn't mean anything, but I thought I'd make the announcement and it's closest news we've got to actual manager news -

Rowett as manager and Nigel as DoF and Kingy as Coach with Salder, a new set piece coach, new fitness coach and a new up and up and coming Goal keeping coach. Then give Nigel the responsibility to rebuild the analysis team and let's go again. I live in dream cococo land -
That is where 1 hand is, dread to think where his other hand is!

Realistic though I never said I was a genius. I would put myself forward, but I've just been sacked from Leicester for finishing mid table. -

I would give him until the end of the season with a bonus if we stay up. Then the option for 18 months. But if I'm honest if we go down, he might be the best person for that as well. I still think Dean Smith or big Nige are the best options. Dean Smith might be a push. I just can't see Dyche and others mentioned coming to this mess. Rowett has dealt with worse squads and kept them up, Oxford being the more recent. He knows this league as well. -

All seems plausible for us. They should write a book called 'how not to run a football club' -
While I agree with you, and this 'team' is the most horrid one I've ever seen, I mean the individual quality. We won't have a player that can have a moment of utter brilliance. We'll be scrapping for bottom end championship rejects and league 1 players. That is if we can afford to. We won't have a Jordan James level of player. We'll probably be loaning players from Wrexham which is a depressing thought. We have a better chance to rebuild in the championship. If we were mid table with no prospects if promotion, I'd be optimistic with the right manager we could become stable again and build a half decent squad. But league 1, it will be financially impossible to build a strong squad for the future

But the problems are at board level. The problem is we haven't had a proper manager for 3 weeks. The problem is that the players are mentally broken. We, as supporters can't do anything else, there isn't anything left to support and get behind. The quality we have should not be in a relegation battle in the championship, but we are. I've seen fans get behind the team and they still find a way to lose. There is only so much we can do and as a fan base we're exhausted. I do understand what you are saying, and you're right, but there isn't anything left to support. -

I'm starting to think that we can't afford a new manager. Why is it taking so long? Top's promises. We'll get a new CEO...132 days later and nothing. A new technical director is close. Still nothing. The need for a new manager in a relegation battle. 3 weeks and still nothing. Better communication to the fans - 2 crappy generic interviews and then silence on what is happening. I think we're financially that screwed that we can't do anything. We are league 1 bound. It's basically 2 clowns running a professional football club and neither know what they are doing!!! They are running the club into the ground in front of us. Players with the mentality of a dry fish and a guy who doesn't want to manage us who is being left all alone to to try to sort it out and it's just not working. I'm of the belief the players know something about the club. Know we're fooked so lack motivation to get going. Does any of this scream competency and the ability to avoid relegation?? Not for me. We could finish below Oxford at this rate! -
Soon it could be... I was there to see Leicester City's last game in the championship

I can't see what players would still be here next season. We have loads out of contract, lots of players will be sold, we will have to start again more or less. Clubs will come in for players for knock down value. The quality of the squad will take an utter nose dive. What if we can't enough that we need? What if top stops the money completely? Some slightly joked that seeing Sheffield Wednesday go the way they have was our future, well that future could be next season. What an utter incompetent mess we find ourselves in. All because a business brain-dead bloke and his sidekick rat can't run a football club. Welcome to league 1 and god knows what else. Maybe bankruptcy.

Look at the poor man. King Power have broken a club legend. He looks dejected, tired and drained. Poor management from a pathetic rat of a DoF

Seeing Kingy tale each loss isn't fair. Yes, we need a manager.
