That's Ben the issue hasn't it. He's not getting players to suit his system. There's to many 1 dimensional managers out there. Everyone says play the Pep way, yet he evolved really quickly at Bayern and Man City - Pep never stuck to one system, but it took a season of learning in the Premier. Therefore I can't be arsed with all these managers suggested with their own style. We need someone to come in, recognise what he's got and pick a system to suit
